Spinach Soup (Palak Soup)

Ingredients

2 Large Bunches of Spinach Leaves
20 - 30 Cloves of Garlic
1 Onion
2 Tablespoon of Oil
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1/2 Cup Macaroni or (as per your requirement)
5 - 6 Cups of Water
1/2 Teaspoon of Oregano / Pepper

4 Persons / 40 minutes

Preparation

1. Chop garlic, spinach and onions into fine pieces. Add spinach and half cup of water into a blender to form a thick green paste.

2. Heat Oil in a vessel, add the garlic and onions, cook till soft, Then add the green spinach paste, cook for 5 minutes.

3. Now add 5 - 6 cups of water and macaroni, Boil till macaroni is soft. Add some pepper, oregano and olive oil for seasoning.

4. Serve it hot.
