Spicy, Sweet and Sour Garlic Paste
Ingredients
3/4 Cup of Garlic Pods
1/2 Tbsp Red Chili Powder
1 Tbsp Coriander Seeds
2 Tbsp Tamarind Pulp
2 Small or Medium Sized Limes (Juice to be added)
2 Tbsp Curd
4 Tbsp Honey
1/4 Cup Water and Salt to taste

1 Medium Sized Jar / 15 minutes
Preparation
1. Add all the above ingredients to a blender to form a fine thick paste.
2. Fill the paste into glass jars.
3. This paste can be refrigerated and used as and when required for cooking.
4. The above amount of ingredients made up for a single medium-sized jar.
