Pumpkin Bhaji
Ingredients
1/4 Slice of Pumpkin (around 20 - 30 small pieces)
2 Red Chilies
1 Onion
10 Pods of Garlic
1 Small Piece of Ginger
1 Tbsp Oil
1/2 Tsp Turmeric
1/2 Cup Water

Preparation
1. Mince the ginger and garlic, chop the onions into medium sized pieces.
2. Cut the outer skin of the pumpkin, then cut the pumpkin into small pieces or medium sized pieces
3. Heat Oil in a vessel, Once hot add the red chilies, turmeric, ginger, garlic and onions. Cook till onions are soft.
4. Now add the pumpkin pieces. Stir fry for some time.
5. Then add water and cook till pumpkin pieces are soft.
6. Serve hot.
