Pav Bhaji
Ingredients
20 - 30 pods of Garlic Minced
3 Chopped Onions
3 Chopped Tomatoes
1 Tbsp Pav Bhaji Masala
1 Potato Boiled
1 Carrot Boiled
(Green Peas and Cauliflower can also be added)
10 Malabar Spinach Leaves (Vauchi Bhaji) Boiled
1 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Fenugreek (Methi) Powder
1/2 Cup Water
Buttered Pav(Bread)
1 Lime
2 Tbsp Oil
1 Block Butter
3 Chopped Onions
3 Chopped Tomatoes
1 Tbsp Pav Bhaji Masala
1 Potato Boiled

1/4 Tsp Fenugreek (Methi) Powder
1/2 Cup Water
Buttered Pav(Bread)
1 Lime
2 Tbsp Oil
1 Block Butter
Servings / Time
4 Persons / 50 minutes
Preparation
1. Take a vessel, add oil and heat it on a medium flame, shallow fry garlic and 2 chopped onions till soft.
2. Add tomatoes, Pav Bhaji Masala, Fenugreek (Methi) Powder and salt. Cook till a paste is formed.
3. Add boiled vegetables. Mash and cook for a few minutes.
4. Add water and boil further to thicken the mixture.
5. Add some butter above the hot pav bhaji and sprinkle chopped coriander leaves.
6. Serve with hot buttered Pav (bread) and chopped raw onions sprinkled with lime juice.
