Okra Chilli Fry
Ingredients
15 - 20 Medium sized Lady Fingers
10 pods of Garlic
1 Big Onion
1/2 slice of Lime or 3-4 Kokum Pieces
2 Tablespoons of Oil
1 Teaspoon Turmeric
1/2 Teaspoon Garam Masala
1/2 Teaspoon Salt

4 People / 30 minutes approx
Preparation
1. Cut Lady Finger into fine thin slices, cut onion and garlic into fine pieces.
2. Add Oil to the pan, heat the oil, now add garlic and onion, cook till onion is soft.
3. Now add the lady finger, mix it with the onion and garlic, add garam masala, turmeric, and salt. Mix well.
4. Squeeze a slice of lime or add kokum to avoid the lady finger from sticking to the pan. Fry till soft and cooked.
5. Serve hot with rice or rotis.
