Mushroom Soup
Ingredients
1 Packet of Mushrooms
2 Small Onions
2 Tablespoons Butter
3 Tablespoons Cream
250 ml Milk
250 ml Water
1/2 Teaspoon Salt

Preparation
1. Cut onions into fine pieces. Wash the mushrooms thoroughly well and slice into fine pieces.
2. Heat a vessel, add butter and onion, once onion turns transparent, add mushrooms and let the water ooze out from the mushrooms.
3. As the water is released from the musrooms, add milk and water. Allow the mixture to boil.
4. Once boiled, add cream and salt. Boil for 5 minutes.
5. Serve hot in soup bowls.
