Mash Melon (Chibud) Fiesta
Ingredients
1 Medium Sized Mash Melon(Chibud)
2 - 3 Tbsp Honey / Sugar
1 Lime
Servings / Time
5 Persons / 20 minutes
Preparation
1. Remove the outer skin of the mash melon.
2. Cut the Melon into two halves and take off the seeds along with the middle juicy part.
3. Place this seeds along with the juicy part into a strainer, and strain off the juice into a container.
4. Cut the Mash Melon into medium sized pieces and place them into a bowl.
5. Now add the above juice from the container onto these pieces.
6. Add Honey or Sugar and add some lime juice.
7. Mix the above well.
8. Now Freeze this for some time and serve cold.
