Mango Halwa

Ingredients

8 Ripe Mangoes
400 gm Condensed Milk (Full Tin of Milkmaid)
2 Tablespoons of Butter
Cashew Nuts

6 people / 2 hours


Preparation

1. Peel the mangoes and take off the pulp, add to the blender and make a puree of the mangoes.

2. Heat butter in a vessel, Add the mango puree and the condensed milk. Stir the mixture on a low flame.

3. Stir till the mixture thickens and looses itself from the vessel. Add cashew nuts to the mixture and also for garnishing.

4. Allow to cool and then serve by cutting slices.
