Egg Cheese Jalapeno Salad

2 Potatoes
2 Carrots
8 French Beans
3 Eggs
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
1 Teaspoon Oregano
2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
3 Tablespoon Cheese Jalapeno Paste
1/2 Teaspoon Salt

Preparation
1. Boil the carrots, potatoes and french beans unpeeled. Simultaneously boil eggs.
2. Once boiled allow to cool. Slice the vegetables and eggs into small pieces and mix together in a bowl.
3. Add salt, pepper and olive oil to the mixture in a bowl. Now add the cheese jalapeno paste. Mix thoroughly.
4. Add oregano for seasoning and serve.
