Vegetable Soup
Ingredients
15 Garlic Cloves
1 Onion
2 Tomatoes
2 Carrots
10 - 15 French Beans
1/4th Piece Cauliflower
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Turmeric
1 Teaspoon Pepper
1 Teaspoon Oregano
Macaroni (as per your requirement)
5 Cups of Water (as per your requirement)

1 Teaspoon Pepper
1 Teaspoon Oregano

5 Cups of Water (as per your requirement)

4 Persons / 1 hour approximately
Preparation
1. Mince the garlic, chop the onions into small cubes, cut tomatoes fine and make a puree by placing these tomatoes into a blender, grate the carrots, cut the french beans and the cauliflower into small pieces.
2. Heat the oil in a vessel, add the garlic and onions, cook till onions are soft. Now add the tomato puree. Add turmeric, pepper and oregano for seasoning. Now add all the remaining vegetables and mix thoroughly well.
3. Now add the macaroni and 5 cups of water. Boil till the vegetables are tender. Add salt as per taste.
4. Serve the soup hot.
