Egg Soya Macaroni Salad
Ingredients
1 Onion
3 Eggs
1 Carrot
1 Small Pineapple
10 French Beans
10 Soya Chunks
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Oregano
3 - 4 Tablespoon of Tartar Sauce
1/2 cup Macaroni
3 cups of Water
3 Celery Leaves

Preparation
1. Cut the carrots and french beans into fine cubes. Now boil this by adding a cup of water till soft. Separately boil the eggs , macaroni and the soya chunks. Once boiled, cut the eggs and the soya chunks into small pieces.
2. Now cut the onion and the pineapple into cubes. Mix all the above along with the onion and pineapple in a bowl.
3. Add salt, oregano and tartar sauce.
4. Finally add the celery leaves for dressing. You are now ready.
