Egg Omelette with Milk and Turmeric

Ingredients

2 Eggs
1/4 Tsp Turmeric
1 Tbsp Milk
1/4 Tsp Oregano
1 Tbsp Oil
A Pinch of Salt to taste

1 Person / 15 minutes

Preparation

1. Break two eggs, add them to a bowl.

2. Add milk, turmeric, salt and oregano.

3. Mix this well and beat the mixture thoroughly well.

4. Heat Oil in a pan. Once hot add the above mixture to the pan.

5. Fry for a few minutes on both sides.

6. Serve hot with bread or with ketchup.
