Celery Lady Finger Soup

Ingredients

15 Garlic Cloves
1 Onion
2 Tomatoes
2 Carrots
1 Potato
1 Cup of Celery Leaves
8 Lady Fingers
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Turmeric
1 Teaspoon Pepper
1 Teaspoon Oregano
2 Teaspoon Oil / Olive Oil
Macaroni (as per your requirement)
5 Cups of Water (as per your requirement)

4 Persons / 1 hour approximately

Preparation

1. Mince the garlic, chop the onions into small cubes, cut tomatoes and celery leaves fine and make a puree by placing these tomatoes and the celery leaves into a blender, grate the carrots and potato, cut the lady fingers into small rings.

2. Heat the oil in a vessel, add the garlic and onions, cook till onions are soft. Now add the tomato celery puree. Add turmeric, pepper and oregano for seasoning. Now add all the remaining vegetables and mix thoroughly well.

3. Now add the macaroni and 5 cups of water. Boil till the vegetables are tender. Add salt as per taste.

4. Serve the soup hot in soup bowls.
