Carrot Halwa (Gajjar Ka Halwa)

Ingredients

350 ml Milk (1 and a half cup)
6 Medium sized Carrots
4 Tablespoons Condensed Milk
4 Tablespoons Honey / Sugar
2 Tablespoons Oil / Butter
Cashew nuts as per requirement

Servings / Time

6 people in 45 minutes

Preparation

1. Peel the carrot and grate it into small strips.

2. Heat the pan, add the carrots and milk as per the above measurement, boil till the milk evaporates.

3. Now add condensed milk, honey / sugar, butter / oil and cashew nuts. Keep stirring so that all ingredients mix well.

4. Cook until the carrot is soft. Garnish with cashew nuts.

5. Allow to cool and then serve.
