Ingredients
1 Small Cabbage
1 Onion
1 Tbsp Oil
1/2 Tsp Turmeric
1/2 Tsp Mustard Seeds
1/2 Tsp Salt
10 Pods Garlic
1 Small Piece of Ginger
1 Strand of Curry Leaves
1 Tbsp Grated Coconut
1/4 Cup of Water
1 Onion
1 Tbsp Oil
1/2 Tsp Turmeric
1/2 Tsp Mustard Seeds
1/2 Tsp Salt
10 Pods Garlic
1 Small Piece of Ginger
1 Strand of Curry Leaves
1 Tbsp Grated Coconut
1/4 Cup of Water

3 People / 30 minutes
Preparation
1. Mince the ginger and garlic, chop the onions into medium sized pieces.
2. Wash the cabbage thoroughly well, cut the cabbage into fine strips.
3. Take a vessel, heat oil on medium flame, once oil is hot, add the mustard seeds, turmeric and curry leaves.
4. Once the mustard seeds and curry leave crackle, add ginger, garlic, and onion. Cook till onions are translucent.
5. Now add cabbage and grated coconut, adding grated coconut is optional, stir-fry for a few minutes say around 3 minutes.
6. Finally, add salt and water, add very little water around 1/4 the cup or less than that, boil until the cabbage is cooked and tender. Close the lid of the vessel when cooking the cabbage and cook on a low flame.
7. Serve hot with rice or rotis.
