Baby Corn Stir Fry
Ingredients
8 - 10 Baby Corn
1 Big Onion
1 Big Tomato
1 Green Chili
10 - 15 pods of Garlic
1 Bundle of Spinach
1 Teaspoon Turmeric
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
2 Tablespoon Soya Sauce
2 Tablespoon Mustard Sauce
1 Teaspoon Tabasco Sauce
2 Tablespoon of Oil
Cheese as per requirement

4 Persons / 45 minutes approx
Preparation
1. Slice the tomatoes, palak, and garlic into fine pieces. Cut the onions into round circles, slice the corn and chili into strips.
2. Heat the Oil in a pan, once heated add the garlic and tomato to form a paste, then add the onions, palak and the corn.
3. Mix well. Add salt, turmeric, pepper, soya sauce, mustard sauce Tabasco sauce and chili. Cook till the baby corn is soft and crisp.
4. Serve hot, garnish with some cheese.
