Baby Corn Lettuce Salad
Ingredients
10 -15 Cherry Tomatoes
2 Bundles Lettuce Leaves
1 Big Onion
1 Block of Paneer
10 -15 Baby Corn
1 Teaspoon Turmeric / Pepper
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Oil
1 Tablespoon Mustard Paste
3 Tablespoon of Fresh Cream
2 Bundles Lettuce Leaves
1 Big Onion
1 Block of Paneer
10 -15 Baby Corn
1 Teaspoon Turmeric / Pepper
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Oil
1 Tablespoon Mustard Paste
3 Tablespoon of Fresh Cream

6 Persons / 30 minutes
Preparation
1.Cut the baby corn into strips, Heat the pan with oil add these strips along with turmeric, salt, and pepper, turn off the flame once crisp. Keep this aside once done.
2. Wash the lettuce leaves and cherry tomatoes thoroughly well. Mix these with salt and add the leaves onto the serving plate.
3. Chop the onions into rings, cut paneer into fine pieces, make a mixture of 1 tablespoon of mustard paste and 3 tablespoons of fresh cream. Mix the onion and paneer with this mixture of mustard and cream. Add this to the serving plate above the lettuce as seen in the picture.
4. Now add the cherry tomatoes and the baby corn fry as shown in the image.
5. You are now ready to serve.
